The Crown opened its doors in 1998 with a newly developed golf course. Its first homes were built in 1999, adding up to become Phase 1 of The Crown Community, now made up of 77 homes. Phase 2 is complete, adding 60 additional homes. We are excited to be working in Phase 3 now! Today, as a thriving community, The Crown hosts an 18-Hole Championship Golf Course, great cuisine at Mulligan's Pub & Grill, and is seated just 5 miles away from the vibrant heart of downtown Traverse City!
